Yoga Pearl Power Vinyasa Teacher Training
Fall 2008

Click here to download a pdf application to this program.

Our Yoga Pearl Power Vinyasa Teacher Training is designed to build a strong foundation for teachers. This 200-hour Yoga Alliance approved teacher training begins with a week long retreat on gorgeous Whidbey Island near Seattle and concludes with a week long retreat in tropical Sayulita. This well rounded program features an emphasis on anatomy, alignment and adjustments. The inclusion of a detox and an introduction to holistic health make this teacher training unique. We will also enjoy a special Sanskrit immersion with two of the best Sanskrit teachers around—David & Cheryl Oliver— and Jonathan Reynolds will join us for yoga philosophy.
The Yoga Pearl PV Training teaches a strong & dynamic flow both mentally &  physically. This training will focus on a basic Power Vinyasa format as taught at Yoga Pearl with a hint of Ashtanga and a strong creative focus to unlock your individual potential to make each class unique. We will begin with a detox as part of the first week long retreat as well as begin to deepen our own personal practice. We will also explore philosophy, pranayama, meditation and much, much more.
This training is appropriate for serious students who wish to start teaching yoga or merely to deepen their personal practice, as well as for current teachers seeking to strengthen their teaching skills. We also have a 500-hour Yoga Alliance certified training following close behind this one for the serious practitioner.
